Rewind

a puzzle game where you can record and rewind objects to reach your goal.

Story

You play in the early 2000s as Hubert, an 18-year-old boy, tasked to save the world by his uncle, a scientist named Nestor Wilbur, who went missing. He was working for a politician, Conrad Sage,  who funded the project he and other scientists were working on, however as the technology was developed, Sage decided to turn evil and made anyone who worked on the project disappear if they speak about the technology.
What is so special about the technology you may ask? It can record moving objects and rewind them back in time.

Mechanics

Rewinding:

You can record objects for a certain amount of time and then playback their movement in reverse.

Conveyorbelts:

They are used to move objects around without the need for direct player interaction. They also work with the previous mechanic and can be rewinded.

Pick up:

The player can lift certain objects and place them back down.

Elevator:

A simple floor-to-floor transportation that can also be rewinded.

Performance

The game is made in Unreal 5 and uses the new Lumen light system, however, this is still a pretty new feature and requires a lot of GPU power. If you experience lag, make sure to check the graphics settings and make adjustments accordingly.
